The start of 2021 was not smooth for Tessica Brown. She is now collectively referred to as the "Gorilla Glue Girl" on the Internet. In a video on TikTok, which has now been viewed 51 million times, Brown said that she had a long braided hairstyle every day that month-but not voluntarily. After she revealed that she used Heavy Gorilla Glue Spray instead of her usual Got2b Glued Blast Freeze hair spray, the video blew up on the app overnight. "Where is the stiffness? Horse hair," she captioned the video.

Brown said that she ran out of commonly used hairspray and ended up improvising, which she now calls a "bad idea." Gorilla Glue spray is sold as a permanent adhesive for bonding materials such as wood and metal-it freezes Brown in the consciousness of the Internet. After many cleanings and home remedies to no avail, Brown went to Dr. Michael Oban, a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. According to TMZ, after taking it out during a 4-hour operation, she finally got rid of the glue.

Before the infamous incident, Brown didn't have many videos on her TikTok, but she started recording her hair journey after the virus spread. This is what she has been doing ever since.

Tessica Brown renamed herself on the day the video was released. She released the product shortly after the viral spread, and each T-shirt had the slogan "Lifelong Bond" written on it, and these T-shirts had photos of her holding her hair.

Soon after the glue on her scalp was finally removed, Brown and her hair made a comeback and launched her own hair care brand "Forever Hair". "I have been working with professionals and we came up with a hairline,'Forever Hair', which has always helped me grow my hair and maintain it," she said in a statement, according to the Los Angeles Times. Her brand launched products such as growth stimulating oil ($18) and Forever Hold spray ($14)-for anyone who is not triggered by second-hand PTSD.

Brown also started a musical career, starting with a single called "My Hair" (of course). This lyrics video has been viewed more than 92,000 times on YouTube.

Obviously, Tessica Brown is an inspirational poster for "When Life Gives You Lemons".
