Waterborne Polyurethane waterproof coating

Polyurethane waterproof coatings can be divided into one-component and two-component.
One-component polyurethane waterproof coating, also known as moisture-curing polyurethane waterproof coating, is a reactive moisture-curing film-forming waterproof coating. It is applied to the waterproof base layer during use and is cured to crosslink into a tough, soft and seamless rubber waterproofing membrane by reacting with moisture in the air.
High-strength polyurethane waterproof coating is a two-component reactive curing waterproof coating. High-strength polyurethane waterproof coating Two-component chemical reaction-cured isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by polycondensation of polyether and isocyanic acid. Component B is composed of plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, accelerator, and filler. Composition of colored liquids. Widely used in roofs, basement, toilet, swimming pool, and all kinds of industry and civil building waterproofing.
 

Application technology:

1) Substrate need be firm, smooth, no sundries, inside corner and outside corner should be made into circular arc, the diameter of insider corner should be more than 50mm, and the outside corder should be more than 10mm.

2) Ingredient and dosage: according to application dosage, evenly mixing round o use.

3) Reference dosage: coating film dosage is about 1.3-1.5kg/sqm when the thickness is 1mm.

4) Large waterproof application, coating uniformity mixed coating with a rubber or plastic scraper, the thickness is consistent, generally it is 1.5mm to 2.0mm, should be brushed in 3 to 4 times, the last time brushing should be done after the previous brushing cures and becomes film, and brushing at a vertical direction. 5) Protection layer: on the coating film surface should do insulation protection as the design.

 

Storage and attention items:

1) Keep materials in the room which is dry and ventilating

2) Avoid direct sunlight when transportation, avoid collisions and attention to fire

3) 6 months from date of production if stored properly in undamaged and unopened original sealed packaging in dry and cool conditions.
