Pretreatment:
Recommended Substrate conditions: remove wax, grease ,rust to maintain the coating effects.
Application conditions
· Suitable coating environment: temperature (0~35ºC), humidity ≤85%, substrate temperature ≤50ºC, 3 ºC higher than the dew point, wind level≤ 3.
· Outdoor application should avoid rainy, foggy and windy occasions, and also factor of dew in the morning and evening should be taken into account.
· When substrate temperature is below 0 ºC or relative humidity is higher than 85%,it is not recommended for application.
· Generally, the self-drying coating film after coating should not be caught in the rain within 16 h.
Application method: Airless spray ,spray or brush/roller
Subsequent coating system: all kinds of phenolics and alkyd primer.
Coating suggestions: Recommended dry film thickness to be 3~50μm, 1~2 coats; mixed and do 100 mesh screen before using it; add the thinner if it is too viscosity; for the special oxidation junction, pls do not do too thick that affect the coating; check before recoating.
Storage:
· Must be stored in accordance with national and industry standards.
· The product should be kept in a ventilated, dry place with no direct sunlight, and the storage temperature should be at 0~35ºC.
·The warranty period is 12 months. When it exceeds the effective storage period, the product may be inspected according to the standard of the product. If the result still meets the requirements, the product can still be used.

· Must compliance with national safety practices.
· Use in a well - ventilated environment, do not inhale of paint mist, avoid skin contact.
· Detailed information and use of attention related to health and safety, please ask for the MSDS.
