Construction Process ( Painting solution) :
1. Solid ground treatment: according to the conditions of the solid ground to polish, modify and clear dust.
2. Water based epoxy primer coat: Just not ponding and leakage can be construction, because it have permeable water and breathe freely function, enhance the strength of the solid ground and increase the adhesion of the coating
3. Water based epoxy floating coat: Put quartz sand into water based epoxy resin, use trowel to spread the coating evenly, to enhance the hardness and compresion reisistance of the paint film.
4. Water based epoxy batch of paint: according to demand to paiting 2 to 3 layers
5. Epoxy finish coat: choose roller to painting the finish paint 2 layers. after all finish the floor with soft gloss, clean, color evenly, no bubbling.
6. Finished: Only allow stand people after 36hrs, heavy press after 96 hrs.
