Mumbai, India, November 1, 2021/PRNewswire/ - Lexus India announced the opening of its new Luxury Customer Experience Center (GEC) in Vile Parle, Mumbai; it aims to make the Lexus experience more exciting. Mr. PB Venugopal, President of Lexus India, officially launched GEC in front of Lexus Mumbai officials (including dealer partner Pratik Malkan of the facility and other distinguished guests). Lexus Mumbai operates near Mumbai International Airport. In addition to Mumbai, Lexus also has GECs in New Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

All Lexus GECs aim to combine the Japanese "Omotenashi" philosophy with the Indian spirit of "Athithi Devo Bhava" to anticipate the needs of guests and provide them with an amazing Lexus experience.

The Lexus GEC in Mumbai is inspired by the adjacent Arabian Sea, where the façade is inspired by the ripple effect of the waves on the beach, blending with the vitality of Lexus. The granite cladding reflects a sand-like finish, reflecting the texture of the coarse sand on the beach.

The interior is a manifestation of warmth and elegance, displayed through different elements reminiscent of the sea. The guest lounge has a "night sky" ceiling, small spotlights add the effect of stars, full moon chandeliers illuminate the space, and the car display area is decorated with high reflective ceilings and walls, symbolizing the calm of the sea and inlaid with gold metal Sand texture paint.

Other areas use elements such as marble symbolizing the night sky, golden accessories for a brilliant day, and a cool blue palette inspired by sea water. This maintains the tranquil atmosphere of GEC and provides guests with a new perspective of elegance and minimalism. The whole concept of the Lexus Customer Experience Center is to provide a space designed to allow guests to feel the comfort and luxury of their own home.

Mr. PB Venugopal, President of Lexus India, said in his speech: "We have been working hard to bring the Lexus experience to discerning guests across the country through the Japanese "Omotenashi" culture, and are committed to building life-long relationships.
