Worcester-based Masis Staffing Solutions has announced the growth of its executive leadership team. Tricia Canavan is the former president of United Personnel Services, a division of Masis Staffing, and she has been promoted to executive vice president of corporate relations and the company's operations in 19 states. Canavan will manage customer relationship initiatives, including quality assurance, and will lead publicity, communication, and community partnerships that are critical to Masis operations and customer business goals.

As the president of Springfield-based United Personnel Services (the company was acquired by Masis in May), Canavan is responsible for overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and community relations. Holyoke Community College welcomes Nathan Leveille of Russell as its new grant development and management assistant.

Grabowski will replace his predecessor Bill Hardy in these positions, and PE will continue to be the head of the construction services business line of the company's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and GIS engineering teams.

In order to maintain the continuity of the leadership, the company appointed vice presidents Tiffany Labrie, PE, and CDT as the next head of the water business line. Labrie is a civil and environmental engineer specializing in the transportation and treatment of water and wastewater. In addition, Chris Bone, vice president of PE, will serve as the newly created design manager. PE vice president Ian Catlow will replace Bone as the technical director of the business line. His extensive experience in planning, design and construction supervision of wastewater and rainwater systems gives him a keen insight into practical engineering solutions, which will help him to supervise successful project delivery.

The Clark Art Institute announced that Daphne B. Birdsey has been selected as the Chief Progress Officer to lead the academy's philanthropy and membership programs. Birdsey holds a master's degree in visual arts management from New York University and a bachelor's degree in political science from Davidson College in North Carolina.

Carl Cameron, chief operating officer of Holyoke Medical Center (HMC) and Valley Health Systems, announced the promotion of Marcel Moniz to vice president of outpatient operations. In his new role, Moniz has operational responsibility and oversight for all practices of Holyoke Medical Group and HMC's professional practices. Moniz joined HMC in 2005 and most recently served as executive director of ancillary services.

"For the past 16 years, Marcel has been a well-respected leader of the hospital and has done a great job guiding his team to provide the highest level of patient care. The Bank of Florence has appointed Jenna Rahilly of South Hadley as Vice President/Head of Human Resources Operations. Rahilly joined the bank as a 23-year veteran in the banking industry and has 28 years of professional human resources experience.

Rahilly recently served as the vice president of human resources for a local credit union. Her responsibilities include the overall management of the human resources functions of the credit union, including the formulation and implementation of policies related to employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and human resources compliance.

Rahilly studied at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he earned a bachelor's degree in English.

He came to OMG from Techtronic Industries in Anderson, South Carolina, where he worked for more than six years, most recently as a group product manager, responsible for leading product development and marketing for the Ryobi and Hart brands.
